After the Sale

All new chain saws and other Husqvarna equipment come with a full warranty.
The warranty is valid for two (2) years for consumer use and ninety (90) days for commercial use for most
products.  There are some exceptions.  For details just ask us.
Ignition modules on handheld items are guaranteed to the original purchaser, consumer or commercial, for life.
Upon purchase, we register the warranty information with Husqvarna for you.

In the event that you have a problem with a newer unit and need warranty service, we would be glad to
provide that for you.  Shipping costs to and from us, however, are not paid by warranty.
Therefore, you may prefer to take your unit to a local Husqvarna dealer for warranty work.
Husqvarna dealers are required by contract to perform warranty service for any Husqvarna product
regardless of where it was bought - however, we've heard that some dealers give customers a really hard
time about this.  We will do our very best to work with you and keep shipping costs down in the event that
warranty work is needed.

We also provide parts, accessories and service for just about any piece of Husqvarna equipment not under
warranty, as well as many other popular brands.   Please see our parts department for the other brands we
deal with.  Smaller units such as chain saws can be shipped to us for service if you like.
